Notifications Overview

The notifications center keeps you on top of the work Mutiny is doing for you in the background: suggested actions after a meeting, and the status of any automations you have running.

Opening the notifications center

Click the bell icon at the top of the left sidebar. The notifications panel opens with your most recent updates at the top.

What shows up here

Suggested actions from meetings

When a meeting finishes and Mutiny has a new suggested action for one of your accounts, a notification shows up here. The suggestion might be to send a follow-up email, update a deal room, update a document, or anything else Mutiny spots in the call.

Click a notification to jump straight to the account, where you can kick off the suggested action in a thread.

Automation updates

When one of your automations completes or runs into an issue, Mutiny posts an update here. Use the notification to confirm the automation did what you expected, or to jump in and resolve a problem.

Marking notifications as read

Click a notification to mark it as read. Read notifications stay in the center so you can scroll back through recent activity.
