Mutiny Tour

Welcome to Mutiny. This guide walks you through the main areas of Mutiny so you know where everything lives, from building your first asset to automating your daily work.

Notifications

The bell icon at the top of the left sidebar is your notifications center. When a meeting finishes and Mutiny has a new suggested action for an account, a notification shows up here. Click a notification to jump straight to the account and kick off the suggested action. You can also mark notifications as read.

Any automations you have running will also report here. When an automation completes or runs into an issue, you’ll see it in the notifications center.

Home

The Home tab is a snapshot of what’s going on in Mutiny for you right now. A prompt box at the top lets you start work manually: spin up an asset, run research on an account, prep for a meeting, or hand the agent any other task.

Below the prompt box, a Review section shows anything an automation has drafted for your accounts, so you can approve, edit, or dismiss it before it goes out. Next are suggested actions pulled from your recent emails and meetings (send a follow-up, update a deal room, kick off a check-in), and finally a Recent work section to jump back into what you were last doing.

Accounts

The Accounts tab is where you work your book of business inside Mutiny. Mutiny pulls in accounts from your email that you’ve been working, and you can add them to Mutiny or join accounts that have been added by teammates.

Use the toggle at the top to switch between All accounts and Joined accounts, and sort by account name, last activity, amount of suggestions, or favorites. Star an account to pin it to the Accounts section in the left nav for quick navigation.

Open an account and you’ll find four tabs:

  • Overview for the deal stage, amount, key people, related content, and account activity from your team.
  • People for an org chart of the account, including roles like champion, economic buyer, procurement, and security. You’ll also see your team members involved in the deal.
  • Meetings for recent meetings captured by the Mutiny Notetaker, upcoming meetings, and the option to add a meeting manually.
  • Analytics for engagement across the account.

Meetings

The Meetings tab in the left nav shows your upcoming customer calls and your past meetings. Click into a past meeting to see the transcript, summary, and who was present.

Assets

The Assets dropdown holds everything related to the materials you create: Assets, Templates, Projects, and Library.

Assets

Click Assets to see assets you’ve created and assets shared with you. Use the Create asset button to start a new one.

Templates

Templates are organized by deal stage. Columns run left to right across the page, one per stage, and you can drag and drop a template between stages. Create a new template with the button in the top right, or convert an existing asset into a template from the asset editor’s three-dot menu.

If a stage has no templates yet, Mutiny surfaces suggested blueprints you can use to spin one up.

Projects

Projects group assets, threads, and context around a shared goal. Use projects to organize work for a specific ABM campaign, a set of deals, or any initiative your team is running.

Library

The Library holds the resources the agent pulls into assets: images, logos, case studies, PDFs, product media, and more. Mutiny populates it from your website on day one, and you can add resources manually.

Assistant

The Assistant dropdown is where you manage how Mutiny works for you: Automation, Knowledge, and Skills.

Automation

Automation is where Mutiny takes repeatable work off your plate. When you create your account, a set of pre-baked automations are turned on by default under Account routines, including meeting prep, follow-ups, email replies, and check-ins. These save hours of prep and follow-up work each week.

To build your own, use the + New automation button in the top right. You’ll work with the agent to create it. Custom automations show up under Your automations.

Knowledge

Knowledge is Mutiny’s company wiki. It’s split into Personal knowledge and Company knowledge, and it’s how Mutiny learns about how you and your team work. Pages are generated automatically by Mutiny as it picks up context. To edit a page, open the three-dot menu in the top right and click Edit.

Skills

Skills are reusable sets of instructions the agent follows whenever they’re relevant to your work. Build a voice skill, a product messaging skill, or a sales process skill, and the agent uses them across threads, automations, and assets.

Integrations

Integrations sits in the left nav below Assistant. This is where you connect your tools to Mutiny: Gmail, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Google Drive, and more. Once a tool is connected, the agent can use it to pull context and take action.

Brand

Your Brand is the design system Mutiny applies to every asset: colors, fonts, typography, and CTA styles. Brand lives in Settings. Open your user menu in the bottom left, click Settings, and choose Brand.

Threads

At the very bottom of the left nav, you’ll see your threads with the Mutiny agent. Show all threads or just the most recent to pick up where you left off.
