Accounts Overview

The Accounts tab is your book of business inside Mutiny. It’s where you add the accounts you’re working, join accounts your teammates have added, and dig into everything Mutiny knows about a given deal.

Opening Accounts

Click Accounts in the left sidebar.

Mutiny pulls in accounts from your email based on who you’ve been working with, so you’ll see suggested accounts you can add. You can also join an account that someone else on your team has already added.

Switching between All and Joined

Use the toggle at the top of the page to switch between:

  • All to see every account in your Mutiny workspace.
  • Joined to see only the accounts you’ve joined.

Sorting your accounts

Sort the list by account name, last activity, number of suggestions, or favorites. Sorting by favorites pins your starred accounts to the top of the view.

Starring an account

Star an account to pin it to the Accounts section in the left sidebar. Starred accounts show up there as shortcuts, so you can jump straight into the accounts you work most often without searching.

Inside an account

Click into an account to open it. Each account has four tabs: Overview, People, Meetings, and Analytics.

Overview

The Overview tab is a rundown of where the account sits in your pipeline. On the right you’ll see account details: stage, amount, key people, and any related content like documents or assets. Below that is Account activity, a feed of what people on your team have done in Mutiny for the account, including assets created and emails drafted.

People

The People tab is the org chart for the account. You can see the people you’ve met with, what their role is in the deal (procurement, economic buyer, champion, security, and so on), and how they fit together.

Below that, Your Team shows everyone from your side who has been involved in the account.

Meetings

The Meetings tab lists:

  • Recent meetings captured by the Mutiny call recorder, with transcripts and summaries.
  • Upcoming meetings on your calendar for the account.
  • A + Add meeting option to manually add a meeting that wasn’t captured automatically.

Analytics

The Analytics tab is where you track engagement across the account: who’s opened what, which assets are moving the deal, and how activity has trended over time.
