Create Templates
Mutiny lets you create and save templates that can be reused across assets. You can build templates from scratch or convert existing assets into templates for future use.
Opening Templates
In the left sidebar, open the Assets dropdown and select Templates.
Templates are organized by deal stage. Columns run left to right across the page, one per stage, so you can see every template you have available for a given point in a deal.
Creating a template
Click + Create template in the top right. A new thread opens where you work with the agent to build the template.
Once created, you can keep refining with the agent or make changes manually in the editor. When the template is in a good spot, use the Share button in the top right to preview how it will look as a published asset and to adjust sharing and access.
Convert an existing asset to a template
Open the asset in the editor, click the three-dot menu, and select Save as template. The template is immediately available in the Templates tab for future assets.
Moving templates between deal stages
Templates can be dragged and dropped between stage columns. If a template fits a different stage than where it was created, grab it and drop it in the right column.
Suggested blueprints for empty stages
If a stage has no templates yet, Mutiny surfaces suggested blueprints inside that column. Use a blueprint to spin up a template for the stage in one click, then refine it with the agent.
