Brain Overview

The Brain is Mutiny’s company wiki. It’s how Mutiny learns about how you work and how your team sells, so the agent can act with the right context from the start.

Opening the Brain

In the left sidebar, open the Assistant dropdown and select Brain.

Personal brain and Company brain

The Brain is split into two sections:

• Personal brain captures how you specifically work: your voice, your deals, your preferences, your calendar.
• Company brain captures how your company works: your product, your messaging, your sales process, your team structure.

Together they give the agent a shared source of truth to pull from in every thread, automation, and asset.

Auto-generated by Mutiny

Pages in the Brain are generated automatically as Mutiny picks up context from your meetings, emails, integrations, and the work you do in the product. You don’t need to seed it yourself.

Editing a page

To change anything about a page, open the three-dot menu in the top right of the page and click Edit. From there you can edit the content directly.

Keep in mind the Brain stays current on its own, so edits are most useful for correcting something Mutiny got wrong or adding a nuance it couldn’t infer from context.
