The Value Prop Block helps you highlight key benefits, features, or value propositions of your product or service. It presents information in a structured, visually appealing format that makes it easy for visitors to understand what you offer.
When to Use the Value Prop Block
The Value Prop Block is recommended for:
- Highlighting key benefits or features
- Presenting solutions to customer problems
- Showcasing competitive advantages
- Breaking down complex offerings into digestible points
- Structuring information in an easily scannable format
Elements
The Value Prop Block includes the following customizable elements:
Preheader
- Default: Uses H4 heading style from your theme
- Purpose: Provides context or categorizes the section
- Customization: Click directly on the preheader to edit text if the preheader is enabled in settings
- Best Practice: Keep it short (1-5 words)
Header
- Default: Uses H2 heading style from your theme
- Purpose: Main section heading
- Customization: Click directly on the header to edit text
- Best Practice: Clear, benefit-focused heading
Subheader
- Default: Uses H3 heading style from your theme
- Purpose: Additional context or supporting statement
- Customization: Click directly on the subheader to edit text if the subheader is enabled in settings
- Best Practice: Expand on the header with a brief explanation
Value Props (1-3 items)
Each Value Prop includes:
Icon
- Default: "pin-on-map" icon
- Purpose: Visual representation of the value prop
- Customization: Select from available icons (icons, indices, or none) or click directly on each icon to upload your own via URL or file upload.
- Best Practice: Choose icons that visually represent each point
Label
- Default: Uses H4 heading style from your theme
- Purpose: Brief heading for each value prop
- Customization: Click directly on each label to edit
- Best Practice: Concise, benefit-focused (2-5 words)
Description
- Default: Uses body text style from your theme
- Purpose: Explanation of the value prop
- Customization: Click directly on each description to edit
- Best Practice: Clear, concise explanation (1-2 sentences)
Layout & Styling Options
To access the Value Prop Block settings, click on the block and then click the settings menu (wrench icon).
Text Color
- Options: Light or Dark
- Customization: Choose the option that works best with your background
- Best Practice: Ensure high contrast for readability
Background Color
- Default: Uses your brand's medium color
- Customization: Select from your brand color palette
- Best Practice: Choose a color that provides good contrast with text and icons
Preheader Toggle
- Default: Set to on by default
- Customization: Turn on or off as needed in the settings menu
Subheader Toggle
- Default: Set to on by default
- Customization: Turn on or off as needed in the settings menu
Value Prop Number
- Range: 1-3 value props
- Customization: Select the number of value props to display in the settings menu
- Best Practice: Choose a number that adequately covers your key points without overwhelming
Card Style Toggle
- Default: Set to off by default
- Customization: Turn on to display value props in card format
- Best Practice: Use card style for more visual separation between items
Flare Options
- Options: Icons, indices, or none
- Customization: Select the visual element to accompany each value prop
- Best Practice: Choose the option that best complements your content and design
How to Edit the Value Prop Block

Access Block Settings: Click on the Value Prop Block, then click the settings icon (wrench icon) to access block-specific layout and styling options:
- Toggle preheader and subheader on/off
- Select light or dark text
- Choose the background color
- Set the number of value props (1-3)
- Toggle card style on/off
- Select flare options (icons, indices, or none)
