  4. Use high-quality images: Professional headshots add credibility
  5. Match the right testimonial to your audience: Feature testimonials from customers similar to your target audience
  6. Include full attribution: Name, title, and company add credibility
  7. Consider placement: Position testimonials after explaining your value proposition or features to reinforce your message

Common Questions

Q: How long should a testimonial be? A: Effective testimonials are typically 2-4 sentences. Focus on quality over quantity, highlighting specific benefits or results.

Q: Should I use the quote style toggle? A: The quote style adds visual emphasis to the testimonial nature of the content. It works well when you want to make the testimonial a focal point of your page.

Q: Is it necessary to include a customer image? A: While not required, customer images significantly increase the perceived authenticity of testimonials. If you don't have customer images, the "No Image" layout option works well with just company logos.
