The Resource Library Block is a smart block that allows you to dynamically display relevant resources to your target accounts. Once you have resources added to your resource library, you'll be able to utilize the Resource Library block in your campaigns.

AI-Powered Personalization

Click anywhere in the block area to open the personalization panel, ensure "Personalize with AI" is selected, and enter a prompt that includes at least one variable from your campaign data

Advanced Prompting

You can further refine your prompts with specific instructions:

  • Specify asset positioning (e.g., "make this asset appear first")
  • Prioritize new content
  • Create custom rules for asset selection

Previewing and Applying Selections

After creating your prompt:

  1. Click "Preview" to see sample selections
  2. Review the AI's choices for different accounts
  3. Refine your prompt if needed
  4. Click "Apply to all" when satisfied

Account-Level Customization

Even after applying AI selections, you can make manual adjustments for specific accounts:

  1. Navigate to the account's one-to-one page
  2. Click into the Resource Block
  3. Make any necessary adjustments to the selected assets
  4. Save your changes

This allows for special accommodations when your sales team wants to highlight specific resources for particular accounts.
