Mutiny offers AI cleaning of your properties, which can be utilized in your experiences.
To maximize the effectiveness of personalized 1:1 landing pages, ensuring the accuracy and organization of your data is essential. However, manually managing this data can be a tedious process that slows down the momentum of your campaign execution. Oftentimes, data imported from various sources can be untidy and inaccurate. Mutiny takes this burden away by cleaning certain properties for you by default so that you can have confidence in the experiences you launch.
Identifying which properties are cleaned
After importing your data from various data sources and then creating a List, Mutiny will automatically start working to clean your properties in the background. We leverage a combination of heuristics and LLMs (technology behind the latest AI advancements) to perform the actual cleaning of properties. To see what properties have been cleaned, you can navigate to the “Lists” view under “Plan” on the sidebar, then click on “Edit Columns” - here, you should find a dropdown of attributes you can visualize in the table, you should see options with the word “cleaned” pre-pended along with a magic broom to signal that these are the Mutiny cleaned properties.
Currently, we are automatically cleaning company names after you create a list.
Please let us know if there are other properties you would love to get help with in cleaning!
Mention account name
One great use case for these cleaned properties is using it in the @ Mention account name shortcut as part of the Inline AI feature in the editor. You simply click on an element in the Editor, and then click on the button. AI will reword the text of your content to include the cleaned account name.
After applying AI-generated copy, you should see {{account.cleaned_properties.company_name}} in element content which signifies that the account’s cleaned property is being used as the variable inserted into the text.
You can click through accounts on the top to visualize what it looks like across all your various accounts as part of that list.
Certain properties may haven’t finished cleaning or are missing for an account, in this case, you’ll see a message that will show you missing properties and we’ll make sure to show the original copy of the element to the visitors of this account.
