Publishing Assets on Mutiny

Last updated: April 17, 2026

You've built an engaging, personalized, and gorgeous asset, and now it's time to ship. Let's explore how to publish and share your assets to start driving meaningful interactions.

Publishing your asset

To publish your asset, click the Publish button in the top right, then click Publish from the menu.

Also in this menu, you can change the URL slug by clicking the pen icon, manage smart access control settings, configure asset settings, or, if your subscription allows, set up LinkedIn Ads.

Publishing Scaled 1:1 asset

Scaled 1:1 assets are only available on Enterprise tiers. Interested in upgrading? Email mutinylovesyou@mutinyhq.com

When publishing an asset with account pages, you'll be brought to the Publishing page. Here you can customize how your asset URLs will appear.

Start by setting a slug prefix for all the assets. This prefix will appear in all your asset URLs, helping you organize and track different initiatives. For example, a prefix like "q1-demo" creates URLs such as "explore.company.com/q1-demo/account-name".

Next, customize the unique slug for each account's page, where “account-name” is in the example above. You can auto-generate them using data from your account list columns (like company name) and can then make any manual adjustments as needed.

Distributing your Asset

After publishing, you'll see an option to Copy Email Preview - this is a link that, when added to an email, will display a preview of the asset to your prospect in the email

Configuring asset sharing settings

An important setting to configure is the asset sharing settings.

Default image, page title, and page description control how your asset appears when its link is shared or previewed. These three settings are worth filling out carefully, as they determine the preview card people see when you share a link.

These settings can also be set on a per-asset basis by clicking Advanced Settings from the publish menu and navigating to the Page sharing settings tab

Exporting scaled 1:1 asset links

If you are on an enterprise plan, then after publishing, you'll be able to download a CSV of the links or export the links directly to SFDC. Learn more about exporting Links in the article below:

Preview vs Production links

What is the difference between a preview link and a production link?

  • Preview Links: Use these for internal reviews and QA testing. Activities on preview links won't affect your assets analytics.

  • Production Links: Share these with your target accounts. These links power your assets analytics and can include UTM parameters for enhanced tracking. When UTM_Source is included, it will automatically appear in your analytics dashboard.

Unpublishing an Asset

To unpublish an asset, click the three-dot menu ... on the asset card, select Archive

A modal will pop up asking if you want to unpublish and archive, or archive while keeping the asset live
