The Creative Agent can use data from your account list to create personalized content tailored to each account's specific priorities and information. By referencing custom research fields in your list, you can automatically generate relevant messaging at scale.
Note: The creative agent will only access CRM data if specifically asked to do so
- Navigate to your account list and verify you have the data field you want to use (such as "account priorities" or "account research")
- Select the section you want to personalize on your page (such as the subheader)
- Open the Creative Agent chat and ask it to rewrite the section using your account data
- Specify the data field and desired length in your prompt (such as "rewrite this section in two or three sentences using information from the account priorities in the target account list")
- Wait while the agent analyzes the data and generates personalized variations
- Review the preview of how the change will look for different accounts
- Approve the changes if they meet your expectations
- The agent will go through each account in your list and apply the personalized content
- Wait while the agent drafts customized text for each account
- Review the summary breakdown of changes the agent provides for all accounts
- Optionally, view individual pages in the pages tab to see exactly how each account's personalization appears
- Apply the same approach to other sections on your site by asking the agent to personalize additional copy using your account data
