Create a Book-a-Meeting Banner

The Creative Agent can create personalized booking blocks that pull data directly from your account list, including owner information, headshots, and booking links. This allows you to build customized scheduling sections tailored to each account's assigned sales representative.

  1. Select the section where you want to place the booking block (such as below the header)
  2. Open the Creative Agent chat and specify your request with the variables you want to use
  3. Include the specific data fields in your prompt (such as "@owner first name", "booking link", and "headshot URL")
  4. Add design specifications to your prompt (like "this should look like a banner and not a very tall block")
  5. The agent will analyze the data and show coverage percentages for each variable in your list
  6. Review the example preview to see how the booking block will appear
  7. Check that all variables have 100% coverage across your account list
  8. If coverage is incomplete, update your list to ensure all accounts have the required variables before proceeding
  9. Approve the design and wait for the agent to create the booking block
  10. Review the summary of what was created (headshot, subheader, CTA with booking link)
  11. Use the pages tab to verify that the booking block displays correctly with the appropriate owner for each account
  12. Make additional design adjustments using the design tab or ask the AI agent to refine the styling
