Personalize with Variables from Account Data

The Creative Agent makes it easy to add personalized variables from your account list directly into your site content using simple chat commands. You can insert dynamic information like company names into any section and preview how the personalization will appear across different accounts.

  1. Open the chat tab and select the section you want to personalize (such as the header)
  2. Ask the Creative Agent to insert your desired variable using natural language (like "insert company name in the header")
  3. The Creative Agent will determine the best way to implement the variable into your content
  4. Review the example it provides, showing how the personalization will look
  5. Check the coverage percentage to see what portion of accounts in your list have that variable available
  6. Approve the change, and the Creative Agent will insert the variable across all relevant pages
  7. Review the changes summary to see what modifications were made
  8. Preview the personalization across different accounts using the pages tab to see how it appears for each one
  9. Optionally apply the same personalization to other sections of the page if prompted
