Mutiny allows you to personalize experiences with your target account’s account representative (e.g., Account Executive, BDR, SDR, etc.) and allow the target account to book a meeting directly with the relevant account team member.
Account Owner Set Up
To enable these experiences, a Mutiny admin must complete the initial configuration of Account Owner information. To do so, navigate to “Account Owners” in the bottom left accordion menu.
In order for Mutiny to import the account owners from your organization, you will need to map the relevant Salesforce account object fields.
Note: this feature reads Salesforce data, but does not alter anything in Salesforce
Mutiny has preloaded industry standard role names. It is not necessary to map fields for each role name and you can leave them blank, only use the roles that are relevant for your organization and that you would like to include in Mutiny experiences. To clear the value in the dropdown click the trash icon.
After you completed the mapping and imported your owners. You will see all of the relevant account owners within the overview table.
Invite Account Owners and Complete Profiles
As the admin, you can invite your account owners to save time and allow the account owner to provide and edit their name, title, headshot and personal scheduling link. Use the “invite all account owners” button to invite all owners or select them individually within the table. Alternatively, you can directly edit and complete account owner profiles as the admin.
Once there is a name, image and scheduling link - the profile will be marked as complete and this owner can now appear in book a meeting experiences. After the relevant account owner profiles are completed, you’re ready to create book a meeting experiences.
