Mutiny can track events when your users interact with your Drift chatbot. By default, Mutiny will create a conversion for you called "All Drift conversions". This conversion will automatically track emailCapture, phoneCapture, and scheduling:meetingBooked events from Drift.

Follow the steps below if you'd like to track these events only on specific pages.

Setting up your events

To track Drift events, you'll want to define the page where the form exists within Mutiny.

1. Navigate to https://app.mutinyhq.com/conversions or click on the "Events" tab in the Mutiny app.
2. Click on "+ New Conversion" in the top right.
3. Click "See more types" and then click the Drift card.
4. Input your conversion name and indicate the page where your Drift bot exists, then click "Save". You can also define multiple URLs. For more information on multiple URL targeting, click here.
