If you use HubSpot forms on your website, you can easily define events in the Mutiny app to track whenever a user submits a specific HubSpot form. By default, Mutiny will create an event that tracks all HubSpot form submissions. Follow the steps below to track HubSpot form submissions on specific pages.

Setting up your events

To track HubSpot forms, you'll want to define the page where the form exists within Mutiny.

  1. You can access the events page by going to https://app.mutinyhq.com/conversions or clicking on your name in the bottom left and then the "Events" tabUser-Accordian-menu__Events-page
  2. Click on "+ New Conversion" in the top right.
  3. Click "See more types" and then click the HubSpot card.
  4. Input your conversion name and indicate the page where your HubSpot form exists, then click "Save". You can also define multiple URLs. For more information on multiple URL targeting, click here.
