Conduct Web Research with the Creative Agent

  • Updated

The Creative Agent can research your accounts using publicly available web information in addition to your first-party data. This allows you to gather up-to-date insights about accounts, including recent news, product launches, employee counts, and other relevant details to inform your personalization strategy.

  1. Open the Creative Agent chat interface
  2. Ask the agent to research specific information about an account (such as "how many employees does AirTable have")
  3. The agent will search the internet and pull information from multiple sources
  4. Review the output and sources the agent provides for the requested information
  5. Use the gathered information to inform your personalization strategy and asset content
  6. Research any publicly available information about your accounts, including recent press releases or product announcements
  7. Ask the agent to find recent news or launches (like "what are the most recent product launches from AirTable")
  8. The agent will compile information from multiple sources, including company websites
  9. Review the synopsis of findings, such as recent product launches and associated features
  10. Apply these insights to stay current with your accounts and create more relevant, timely personalizations
