The Creative Agent functions as both a creative and strategic partner, capable of conducting account research to help inform your personalization strategy. You can ask it to gather intelligence about specific accounts, such as their technology stack or tools they use.

Note: The creative agent will only access CRM data if asked to do so

Running Technology Stack Research

You can ask the Agent to research what technology and tools a company uses. For example, a prompt could look like:

"What technology and tools does this company use to work with data?"

As the Agent runs the research, it provides transparency into its process, and you can see what information it's pulling in real-time while it gathers data about the account.

Understanding the Results

Once the agent finishes collecting information, it summarizes the records and notes it found. The results include all the relevant details about the company's technology stack.

Creative Agent can even provide specific Salesforce fields where you can verify the information yourself if you want to cross-reference the findings.
