Integrating with HubSpot

Mutiny integrations are connected via Pipedream. You can learn more about Pipedream here:


The HubSpot integration allows you to pull company, contact, and deal records to tailor landing pages, emails, or sales assets to a specific account. This integration also allows you to explore/analyze your HubSpot data and strategize with the agent.

This is a shared integration; only users with Admin or Owner can enable these integrations. Data from shared integrations will be available for everyone in the Mutiny instance.


Connecting to HubSpot

To get started, head to the integrations page in Mutiny

On the HubSpot card, click Connect - This will launch the Pipedream connection modal. Complete the connection steps through this Modal to connect to Mutiny

After going through the steps, you will see the integration card now says Connected

Using the Integration

Once connected, you'll be able to use HubSpot data to drive asset creation.

The agent can query HubSpot for company records (industry, size, deal stage, owner), pull the associated contacts (names, titles, who's engaged), and check the open deal's stage and amount. Then build personalized assets grounded in real CRM data instead of generic copy.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect any integration from the ... menu on the integration card
