The Creative Agent makes closed-loss assets efficient by leveraging existing account context to create highly personalized pages at scale. Since you already have rich data about these accounts from previous deal cycles, you can quickly build targeted assets to re-engage and win back prospects
Setting Up Your Closed-Loss Asset
Start by creating a new asset.
Run a Salesforce report on closed-loss opportunities and either export the data to import into Mutiny or use the native Salesforce integration to filter your list. Name your asset (such as "closed-loss demo"), select your uploaded account list, and choose a layout template to launch into the Creative Agent.
Understanding the Editor Interface
Familiarize yourself with the editor layout: your personalized pages appear in the pages tab, the chat allows you to request changes, the design tab enables manual edits to blocks, and the insert tab lets you add new elements.
Toggle between pages using the top navigation bar to see changes across accounts. The data tab is now fully integrated with the editor, eliminating the need to switch between modes.

Adding Personalization
Start by inserting simple variables like company names across all your pages. Type the variable name (such as "demo company name") and set it as default to propagate the change to all pages in your asset. This ensures each account sees its own company name throughout the experience.

Review your data tab to identify rich fields like strategic priorities or pain points for each account.
Select the section you want to personalize and ask the chat to populate it using your data (such as "use the demo strategic priorities and populate the cards accordingly for each account"). The agent will read your data and insert the information into the selected block in an appropriate format. Review the personalization plan the agent provides, then approve the changes to apply them across all pages.
Customizing Content and Messaging
Make manual edits to headlines to speak directly to each account's situation (like "your strategic priorities are a perfect fit for Mutiny"). Continue using the agent to insert additional data fields, such as pain points, and ask it to relate them back to how your product solves those challenges. The agent will generate personalized copy based on your dataset while maintaining your messaging framework.
Refining and Publishing
Make any final manual adjustments to formatting or copy to ensure pages match your desired layout. The Creative Agent allows you to target multiple elements simultaneously rather than editing one by one, making it possible to create bespoke pages for multiple accounts with just a few actions. Once satisfied, publish your asset to generate unique URLs for your sales team to distribute in outreach and paid ads.
