Create Deeply Personalized 1:1 Pages

  • Updated

The Creative Agent enables you to create hyper-personalized one-to-one pages for individual accounts by combining your data with account context like sales plans. This approach allows you to go deep on personalization for high-value enterprise accounts without context switching between data and design.

Setting Up Your One-to-One Asset

Start by navigating to your asset creation flow and naming your asset (such as "Atlassian 1-to-1"). Select single account to generate a highly personalized page for a specific account, then find and select your target account from your dataset. Choose a template layout to start building your page.

Working with Account Data

Navigate to the Data tab to view all available information for your account. Customize your data columns and review the account fields you want to use for personalization. Add any additional account information fields that will be useful for your personalizations. Your data pulls from Salesforce or uploaded CSV files specific to the account.

Personalizing with Account Context

Gather context from sales account plans or other strategic documents about the account. Copy the account plan content and paste it into the Creative Agent chat (PDF upload coming soon). Ask the agent to personalize the page based on the account brief or sales context. Review the proposed changes the agent suggests across different sections, then approve the changes and let the agent update the hero section, metrics, and other content based on account priorities.

Using Dataset Variables

Call specific variables from your dataset using the @ symbol to insert dynamic content. Target specific sections for personalization by selecting them and referencing dataset variables. This allows you to pull in custom account information directly into your page content.

Making Additional Changes

Make one-off manual changes through the design tab as needed. Insert additional sections or elements using the insert tab and personalize them with your dataset. Use the chat to request any additional design or content changes to fine-tune your personalized page.
