Guide to Launching Your First Asset

  • Updated

You've created an engaging asset, and now it's time to get it in front of your target accounts. Let's explore how to publish and share your assets to start driving meaningful interactions.

Setting Asset Page Settings

Asset page settings without account pages

When publishing an asset without any account pages, click the Publish button in the top right. From here, you can change the URL slug, set up password protection, LinkedIn Ads, or configure advanced settings like page-level script tags.

Asset page settings with account pages

When publishing an asset with account pages, you'll be brought to the Publishing page. Here you can customize how your asset URLs will appear.

Start by setting a slug prefix for all the assets. This prefix will appear in all your asset URLs, helping you organize and track different initiatives. For example, a prefix like "q1-demo" creates URLs such as "explore.company.com/q1-demo/account-name".

Next, customize the unique slug for each account's page, where “account-name” is in the example above. You can auto-generate them using data from your account list columns (like company name) and can then make any manual adjustments as needed.

Publishing Your Asset

Once you've customized your URLs, your asset is ready to publish. After publishing, you'll be able to download a CSV of the links or export the links directly to SFDC. Learn more about exporting Links at the article below:

What is the difference between a preview link and a production link?

  • Preview Links: Use these for internal reviews and QA testing. Activities on preview links won't affect your assets analytics.
  • Production Links: Share these with your target accounts. These links power your assets analytics and can include UTM parameters for enhanced tracking. When UTM_Source is included, it will automatically appear in your analytics dashboard.
