Experience analytics page

  • Updated

The experience analytics page can be accessed by clicking on any experience from the experience overview page. It looks like this. However, the exact analytics will depend upon the type of experience:

Metrics

The exact metrics you will see depend on the type of experience. The metrics you will potentially see include:

Impressions - the total number of impressions or views of the experience

Conversion Lift - the percent difference in conversion rates for all visitors who have seen the personalized experience compared to the conversion rate for all visitors who have not seen the personalized experience. Hover over the "i" to see more information related to statistical significance.

Accounts - the total number of unique accounts that viewed the experience

Visitors - The total number of unique visitors that have seen the experience. The larger number indicates the the personalized version. The smaller number indicates the control version.

Conversion Rate - The total number of visitors that converted (using the conversion you've selected on the right hand side) divided by the total number of visitors that saw the experience. The larger number indicates the the personalized version. The smaller number indicates the control version.

Conversions - Total number of conversions from visitors that saw the experience (using the conversion you've selected on the right hand side). The larger number indicates the the personalized version. The smaller number indicates the control version.

Time on page: Cumulative time spent on the page of the experience (across multiple sessions)

Last seen: Date and time of the last time someone from an account or a specific visitor viewed the experience.

Source: The source that provided the data that Mutiny used to identify an account or visitor. Please note that not all visitors can be identified at the account and/or contact level and over time as visitors convert and engage with other experiences, we may be able to later identify them. This can result in metrics changing over time and the identify of visitors changing over time as we learn more about them. Learn more about identification here.

Session Length: Average time viewing the experience within a single session

Bounce Rate: Percentage of visitors who leave the website after only viewing one page.

Repeat Visitors: Percentage of visitors who have already visited the page.

Chart

The chart indicates specific metrics over time. You can select the metric you'd like to view (Visitors, Leads, CVR) at the top of the chart. You can also update the dates using the dropdown on the top-right of the chart.

You can also use the "Group By" button to break your metrics down by an additional variable. For example, you can break down this data by new vs returning users.

Accounts and Visitors

The accounts and visitor table will provide more information on who viewed your experience and how they engaged with your experience. You can also see which source Mutiny used to identify the account or visitor.

Engagement

The engagement tab shows you metrics around how visitors engaged while seeing your experience. Sometimes these metrics can indicate things that conversions may not.

Conversions

The conversions tab shows more detailed information around conversions. You can click the "Add Columns" tab to explore metrics for secondary conversions.
