Campaigns Footer Block

The Footer Block appears at the bottom of your campaign microsite and typically contains your company logo, copyright information, and links to essential pages like privacy policy or terms of service.

When to Use the Footer Block

The Footer Block is recommended for:

  • Completing your campaign microsite with a professional finish
  • Providing essential legal and compliance links
  • Reinforcing your brand identity
  • Meeting regulatory requirements for content like privacy policies and terms of service

Elements

The Footer Block includes the following customizable elements:

Logo Image

  • Default: An image placeholder will appear until you add your logo
  • Purpose: Displays your company logo
  • Customization: Click on the logo to upload via URL or file, and set size to small, medium, large, or extra large
  • Link: Automatically links to your company home URL
  • Best Practice: Use a transparent PNG file for best results

Text Links (1-3 links)

  • Default:
    • Text link 1: "Cookies"
    • Text link 2: "Copyright"
  • Purpose: Provide links to essential pages
  • Customization: Click on each link to edit text and destination URL
  • Position: Links appear on the right side of the footer
  • Best Practice: Include links to privacy policy, terms of service, or copyright information

Layout & Styling Options

To access the Footer Block settings, click on the block and then click the settings menu (wrench icon).

Background Color

  • Default: Uses your brand's medium color
  • Customization: Select from your brand color palette
  • Best Practice: Choose a color that provides good contrast with your text and logo

Number of Links

  • Range: 1-3 links
  • Customization: Select the number of links to display in the settings menu
  • Best Practice: Include only essential links that may be required for compliance or user information

How to Edit the Footer Block

  1. Access Block Settings: Click on the Footer Block, then click the settings icon (wrench icon) to access block-specific layout and styling options:

    • Choose the background color
    • Set the number of links (1-3)
  2. Edit Logo: Click on the logo element to:

    • Upload an image via URL or file
    • Select size (small, medium, large, or extra large)
  3. Edit Links: Click on each link on the right side to:

    • Edit the link text
    • Enter destination URL

  1. Keep it simple: Footers should be clean and uncluttered
  2. Include essential links: Provide access to important legal and compliance pages
  3. Maintain brand consistency: Use colors and logo styles that align with your brand
  4. Ensure readability: Text should be clearly visible against the background color
