How do I report on pipeline or revenue impact?

Mutiny’s methodology

Mutiny highlights influenced opportunities based on two key cases:

  1. New Opportunity Creation: An opportunity is created for an account within 60 days after that account interacts with their Mutiny page.
  2. Opportunity Win Influence: An opportunity is closed/won for an account after that account interacted with their Mutiny page while the opportunity was open.

How does Mutiny expose this information?

Mutiny highlights influenced opportunities across multiple locations within the platform:

Campaign Analytics

Mutiny tracks and displays influenced opportunities within the analytics section of a specific campaign. This allows users to see how their campaigns contribute to pipeline creation and revenue impact.

Target Accounts - Specific Account

Within an individual account page, Mutiny provides summaries of influenced opportunities and includes detailed interaction history within the account timeline. This enables a granular view of how a specific account engages with Mutiny campaigns.

Target Accounts - Aggregate Reporting

Mutiny aggregates and reports on the total influenced opportunity dollar amount, offering a high-level view of campaign impact across all target accounts.

Does Mutiny export this information to other tools for attribution?

Not at this time. However, our product team is considering this feature for our roadmap in the second half of the year. In the meantime, our CX team can provide data exports upon request.

How does my sales team benefit from Mutiny data?

The Mutiny Extension

Mutiny delivers real-time account activity insights directly to sales via the Mutiny Extension. This lightweight tool provides instant visibility when:

  1. A visitor (known or anonymous) views a specific account’s hosted landing page.
  2. A known visitor interacts with any page of your website.
  3. A semi-known visitor (identified through IP enrichment) visits any page of your website.

Can we send this data to other account scoring/workflow tools?

At this time, Mutiny does not push engagement data to external tools. Our priority has been to deliver the most actionable data within our own ecosystem rather than risk losing visibility and control in external platforms. However, we recognize the importance of integrations and are assessing where this functionality fits into our roadmap.

Why did Mutiny prioritize the extension vs. sending data to integrations?

Through extensive research with enterprise sales teams, we found that centralized CRM systems like Salesforce often contain excessive noise, making insights difficult to act upon. Reps frequently ignore high-volume, low-context alerts. Instead, we built the Mutiny Extension to provide:

  • Lightweight, always-on insights that don’t require logging into another platform.
  • Simple, actionable alerts that provide clarity on prospect behavior.
  • Alignment between Marketing, BDR, and AE teams, helping unify outreach efforts.

What We’ve Heard from Customers

Many of our customers have shared that they were experiencing alert fatigue from an overload of sales tools and automated notifications.

Common pain points before using the Mutiny Extension:

  • Buried insights within CRM systems, making it difficult to act on data.
  • Excessive alerts that provided little actionable context.
  • Lack of alignment between Marketing, BDRs, and AEs on key account engagement.

Why they found the Mutiny Extension valuable:

  • Lightweight, real-time notifications that highlight meaningful account activity.
  • Clear behavioral insights that help prioritize outreach to engaged prospects.
  • Better cross-team visibility into marketing-driven engagement, reducing silos between teams.

By leveraging Mutiny’s Campaign Analytics and sales insights, teams can measure impact more effectively, align efforts between marketing and sales, and drive stronger engagement with target accounts.
