You've crafted a personalized campaign, and now it's time to get it in front of your target accounts. Let's explore how to publish and share your microsites to start driving meaningful interactions.
Customizing Your URLs
When you click publish after building your campaign, you'll be taken to the publish pages menu. Here you can customize how your campaign URLs will appear to your target accounts.
Start by setting a slug prefix for your entire campaign. This prefix will appear in all your campaign URLs, helping you organize and track different initiatives. For example, a prefix like "q1-demo" creates URLs such as "explore.company.com/q1-demo/account-name".
Next, customize the unique slug for each account's page, where “account-name” is in the example above. You can auto-generate them using data from your account list columns (like company name) and can then make any manual adjustments as needed.
Publishing Your Campaign
Once you've customized your URLs, your campaign is ready to publish. After publishing, you'll receive a CSV file containing unique links for each account:
- Preview Links: Use these for internal reviews and QA testing. Activities on preview links won't affect your campaign analytics.
- Production Links: Share these with your target accounts. These links power your campaign analytics and can include UTM parameters for enhanced tracking. When UTM_Source is included, it will automatically appear in your analytics dashboard.
Getting Your Campaign Out There
You have two primary methods to distribute your personalized microsites:
Direct Outreach
Upload your Production Links CSV to your marketing automation platform to incorporate these personalized experiences into your sales and marketing sequences. Need help with the upload? We've got step-by-step guides for popular platforms [here].
Inbound Sidepop
Engage target accounts while they browse your website using the Campaigns Sidepop. This component appears on your main website when it detects known visitors from your target accounts, inviting them to explore their personalized microsite.
Note: To utilize the Campaigns Sidepop, ensure the Mutiny client script is installed on your primary domain.
