CSV reports

  • Updated

Mutiny makes it easy to export your experience impression level data, as well as have this data emailed at a regular cadence. You can watch a video overview of this feature here, or continuing scrolling to read more about it!

You can access the attribution page by going to https://app.mutinyhq.com/analytics/reports or by clicking on the "Analytics" tab in the left navigation bar, and then clicking "Reports".

Creating a new report

  1. Click "Create new report".
  2. Name your report and include any emails you want to receive your reports. You can add in multiple emails by separating them by comma.
  3. Select the type of report you want to create.
    • One Time Report - This report will be sent once, shortly after it is created and you can select a custom date range for your report when creating it.
    • Recurring Reports - Recurring reports can be set up to be delivered on a regular cadence. You can choose to have these reports sent daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly, and they'll continue to run indefinitely until the report is deactivated. Recurring reports will contain data for a certain period, and will be sent the day after that period ends:
      • Daily: A report will be sent on September 2nd containing data for September 1st.
      • Weekly: A report will be sent every Monday. A report sent on September 25th will contain data for the week of September 18th-September 24th.
      • Monthly: A report will be sent on the first of every month. A report sent on September 1st will contain data for the month of August (8/1-8/31).
      • Quarterly: A report will be sent at the beginning of every quarter (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st). A report sent on April 1st will contain data from January 1st-March 31st.
  4. Once a report is created, and an email is sent, it will appear in a recipients inbox with a link to download the CSV. The links in the email will expire after 1 week, but the report will always be accessible in the Report Log (see below).

Edit or delete active recurring reports

You can edit or delete existing recurring reports by clicking on the three dots on the report card, and then clicking "Edit" or "Delete". If you delete a recurring report, existing reports will still be available in the Report Log, but recipients will no longer receive that report moving forward.

Report Log

Any report (one time or recurring) that has been created will appear in the report log. If a report is in a "Completed" status, it has successfully been generated and sent. If it is in a "Requested" status, the report is still being generated.

You can re-download any report that was sent by clicking the download icon under "Actions".
