Attribution report

Our attribution report lets you measure the revenue that Mutiny has influenced with a variety of filters and attribution rules that you can configure. In order to use this report, you need to make sure that you've integrated Salesforce with Mutiny, and that you've connected the opportunities table. You can access the attribution page by going to https://app.mutinyhq.com/analytics/attribution or by clicking on the "Analytics" tab in the left navigation bar, and then clicking "Attribution".

Report settings and filters

Before looking at the report, its good to understand what settings and filters can be applied to the report and how they'll impact the data. Mutiny measures influenced revenue. Any deal that saw a Mutiny personalization (non-control) is considered influenced revenue. You can configure how this attribution works by adjusting the settings under "Report Settings" on the right.

Report dates

You can configure which deals are shown in the report by adjusting the report dates. You can adjust this by selecting a deal event (created, closed, closed won, closed lost) and a date range.

 

Attribution

You can configure how Mutiny attributes revenue back experiences by defining when an experience impression happened in relation to a deal event. You can also add more rules to this attribution models by selecting the "+ Add" button.

Filter data

You can filter what data shows in the report by configuring the settings under "Filter data".

Report

Once you've configured your settings and filters, you can view the data that appears in the report.

Pipeline impacted

This will show the amount of pipeline that was influenced by Mutiny according to the settings you set in your report settings.

Revenue impacted

This will show the amount of revenue that was influenced by Mutiny for closed/won deals according to the settings you set in your report settings.

Number of deals impacted by Mutiny

This is the number of deals impacted by Mutiny according to the settings you set in your report settings.

Average deal cycle

The average amount of time between when a deal became an opportunity and when a deal was closed.

Additional leads from Mutiny

The total number of additional leads from personalized experiences.

Personalized impressions

Percent of personalized impressions for target accounts.

Biggest deals

A list of the biggest deals influenced by Mutiny according to the settings you set in your report settings.

Latest deals

A list of the latest deals influenced by Mutiny according to the settings you set in your report settings.

Table

The table at the bottom of the report gives you a detailed view of the deals influenced by Mutiny.

Export

You can export the data in this report by clicking "Export" in the top right. From there, you can input emails that you want the report to be sent to. This will export a report that breaks down the impressions that your deals saw. This export will respect any rules you've set in the report settings and filters.

FAQs

I'm not seeing any data populate in my report.

If you're not seeing any data populate in your report, be sure that you've completed your Salesforce integration and connected your opportunities table. If you've verified that this is connected, it may be the case that your report settings are filtering out all data. Double check that your report dates reflect a period where the specified deal events happened in your Salesforce instance.
