Mutiny's Slack integration allows you to send realtime notifications to different Slack channels so that your organization can stay up to date on your Mutiny activities. This article will walk you through setting up and configuring the integration.
Authorizing the integration
To get started, you'll need to authorize Mutiny for your Slack instance.
- Navigate to https://app.mutinyhq.com/integrations.
- Click on the Slack integration card, then click on "Authorize Slack".
- Select a default channel where notifications should be sent and then click "Allow". You'll be able to configure which notifications get sent to which channels in the next step.
Configuring your notifications
Once your authorization is complete, you'll be able to select which notifications to turn on, and which channel that notification goes to. To learn more about an notification, you can hover over the "i" next to the notification title.
- To turn on a notification select the switch next to a notification.
- Select the "Slack channel" dropdown to choose which channel you want the notification sent to. You can select any public channel in your workspace, including one that Mutiny sets up and invites you to.
- When you've configured your notifications, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
